Events 1895-1899
Laundry ... ugh.
John carries on with some woodworking. He doesn't get to do much because the garden demands most of his time.
At the church, Rev. Lockwood has a lovely new wife, Grace Lockwood. A parsonage was built behind the church for his family.
A simple family life continues in the Ross household. Little Edward is always crying.
A church gathering takes place. Everyone is eager to meet the preacher's wife.
John seeks out some private advice from Rev. Lockwood.
Abigail is beginning to take on more responsibilities.

The children are learning and the parents are doing their best to provide for them. The garden really provides a good income for the family.

As 1898 rolls around, they welcome twins Clarence and Lillian into the family.
